Made from 600-denier polyester, in royal blue, it's durable and roomy. It measures 11" x 16" x 3" with a padded handle, a full width zipper and small inner zipper pouch. And it has loops on each end for attaching pens, scarves, compass, ... I wouldn't suggest submersing it, but it will keep your belongings protected from rain or a casual spray of water.
